- Alabama
- Mississippi
- Louisiana
AGRICULTURAL INTERESTS: Borrower must have some level of agricultural income or agricultural asset such as rural real estate or timberland. Loan requests to finance an agricultural asset or rural real estate are normally eligible for financing due to their agricultural nature.
